Kikadini Villas is a small, exquisite retreat on the very edge of East Africa - where the amazing turquise waters of the Indian Ocean meet the brilliant wite sandy beaches of Zanzibar. We offer a stunning atmosphere straight out of "The Arabian Nights" - fantastic villas, beautiful patios, the magical light of moroccan lamps, roof-top terraces, breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean - in a truly exotic African setting.

Our villas are the results of a deep-felt desire to create something truly magical, combining the architectural heritage of the arabic influence on Zanzibar with beautiful furniture, paintings, cushions, fabrics. Five years it has taken us - one year for every villa. That is how long time it takes to create something really special here. And now (July 2009) we are finished - after five years of painstakingly building our dreams. And we believe the end result live up to our dreams!
